You are invited to attend the WABA QUARTERLY MEETING

Time:   1.00-3.00 pm.

Program of events:    

Meeting: an overview of current and future WABA activities 


Guest Presenter: Leanne Pope, local Wiradjuri artist and Cultural Arts teacher at the Yurauna Centre, Canberra Institute of Technology. Leanne will demonstrate and teach how to use your creative thinking in a sustainable manner to transform household products into a eucalyptus gum leaf and blossoms. She will also demonstrate how the colours of birds, in particular the eastern rosella, can assist your understanding of the colour wheel. 

Please BYO water colour pencils and a selection of brushes (brushes are optional).

Leanne has recently published her first book, High Chair on the Hill. The works created for this publication and associated exhibition will be the basis for this presentation.
