Living Green Festival, Albert Hall Canberra, Sunday October 13

Need to take a break from behind the easel? Want to commune with an environmentally focussed crowd? Grab a friend from WABA and head down to the Living Green Festival...

Now in it's third year, Canberra's Living Green Festival focuses on the relationship between climate change, the environment, and animals. The theme of the festival is 'a kinder shade of green', and showcases easy ways we can reduce our carbon footprint and be kinder to the other animals we share this planet with. It features live entertainment, speakers, children's activities, 100% plant-based, low carbon food plus many market and community stalls, all of which combine to create a fun festival atmosphere coinciding with the last day of Floriade in the Capital. Free entry, Albert Hall, Sunday, October 13. Click here for more information.
